Registering for the first time

Q: How do I register and place my first order?

Fill out the New User Registration form, completing all required fields marked by a * .

If you have never ordered anything with Fittleworth before select “No, I am a new customer.”

If you have previously ordered over the phone with Fittleworth select “Yes – I have ordered with Fittleworth by phone.“

Click the ‘Register’ button in the bottom right-hand corner of the form, you will then be taken to the log in page.

You can now log in using the email address and password you just provided to register. Your username is your email address. The username is case sensitive. You can also check your email inbox for your confirmation email, here you will find your username and password. If you can’t see the email in your inbox check your junk and spam folders.

Fittleworth will now contact your GP to request your prescription.

Re-ordering your products online

Q: I’ve forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by clicking ‘Lost password?’ under the Login button.

Enter the email address you used to register with Fittleworth online and click ‘Request Reset.’ If you can’t remember your email address please email marketing@fittleworth.com

Please check your email inbox for the password reset email from caring@fittleworth.com the subject line is ‘Your new password for Fittleworth.net

Click the link in your email to reset your password.

Create a new password by typing it into the ‘Password’ and ‘Confirm Password’ fields and clicking ‘Reset’. Your password must meet the following requirements;

Be at least 8 characters long
Contain at least one letter
Contain at least one number
Contain at least one capital letter
Contain one of the following characters $ £ & + *
