To ensure you have enough supplies, please take the appropriate action shown below:
If you have already placed your order
Your order will be processed as normal and delivered as already confirmed to you.
If you need more supplies delivered before Wednesday 8 May 2024
Place your order with us as soon as possible.
If you need more supplies delivered between Thursday 9 and Friday 17 May 2024
Place your order with us by Friday 26 April 2024.
If you need more supplies from Monday 20 May 2024 onwards
Place your order with us from Wednesday 8 May 2024 as normal when we re-open.
How to place your order
If you normally place your order via a prescription service, or your GP surgery, please continue to do so as normal.
If you normally place your order directly through us, please do so via one of the following methods:
Scotland: You can place your order easily via our website’s online order system, by emailing scotlandcustomerservices@fittleworth.com (please include your full name, date of birth, your GP Surgery, product codes/descriptions, or confirm a repeat of your previous order), or by calling us on 0800 783 7148 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
UK: You can place your order easily via our website’s online order system or by emailing caring@fittleworth.com (please include your full name, date of birth, your GP Surgery, product codes/descriptions, or confirm a repeat of your previous order), or by calling us on 0800 378 846 Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm.
If you have already placed your order this month, please rest assured that deliveries will not be affected, and you’ll receive your order in the allotted time.

Q. What happens if there is an issue with my scheduled delivery after you are closed on 1 May 2024?
You will be notified by text or email, or can track your delivery via the DPD app (if consent given). Alternatively please visit the FAQ’s page on our website and go to section ‘Managing your delivery’ for further information.
Q. Are you still receiving prescriptions between 1-7 May 2024?
Yes, we will continue to receive prescriptions during this time, they will be processed on 8 May 2024. To ensure you have enough supplies, please take the appropriate action outlined in the email/letter in-case you need to order supplies earlier this month.
Q. Can I still email my order or place my order online when you are closed? When will it be processed and how will you keep me informed?
Yes you can still email your order to us, or submit your order online via our website. We will action all requests on Wednesday 8 May 2024 when we re-open. A member of our Customer Services Team will be in contact with you to acknowledge and respond to your query.
